OUR FEES
Fees for our services will vary according to the time required to deliver the agreed objectives. In accordance with the sector's best practice guidelines we do not work on a commission basis. Quotes are for a fixed rate with fees based on the services to be provided, and calculated on our daily rate, plus VAT and appropriate out-of-pocket expenses.

THE PROCESS
Following an initial discussion during which we will identify your needs and agree which services would be most appropriate for your organisation, we 
will send you a proposal that will include:
  • A description of the services that we can provide to meet your needs
  • Deliverables
  • Timescale
  • Fees
  • Terms and conditions
If you wish to proceed, and before any work commences, we will ask you to sign a Service Level Agreement that reflects the agreed elements of the proposal.
